Responsibilities
Hire, onboard, train, and manage direct reports including conflict resolution and discipline enforcement; Ensure adherence to EHS, Quality, and Manufacturing guidelines and SOPs; Own production metrics and coordinate actions to ensure KPI goals; Generate production reports and update manufacturing process instructions; Review and approve engineering change orders (ECO); Support process validations and final manufacturing reviews; Address line support issues and escalate concerns; Lead or support Lean Manufacturing initiatives such as Kaizen and 6S; Review and disposition discrepant material and implement corrective actions; Assist in budget spending control and execution; Support purchase requisitions and SIOP process; Participate in area goal deployment process
