Manage and supervise the Operations Quality org unit according to defined objectives and KPIs; Identify potential for improvement and contribute to service delivery enhancement; Take responsibility for standard & governance adherence and process execution; Lead direct reports and plan regular team activity; Define team members' objectives, tasks, and responsibilities; Identify training and development needs of direct reports; Propose and apply measures for improving team performance and organizational flexibility; Manage transversally the resolution of quality problems escalated by production segments or detected by customers; Has the authority to stop production lines and delivery of products in case of non-conformities; Decides and supervises all sorting activities to protect the customer and ensure follow-up of quality costs.
