Prepare formulations and samples for new product development; Weigh raw materials, prepare mixtures, and mold test specimens; Execute physical, mechanical, and chemical laboratory tests; Record and report test results in spreadsheets and technical reports; Organize and store samples, raw materials, and test specimens; Calibrate, clean, and maintain laboratory equipment; Maintain laboratory organization and compliance with Safety, Quality, and 6S requirements; Support inventory control of raw materials and consumables; Assist in preparing technical documents, procedures, and specifications; Prepare samples for internal clients, homologations, and industrial tests; Participate in pilot scale tests and process validation; Support technical investigations related to customer complaints and non-conformities
