Responsibilities
Manage and maintain accurate inventory levels including instrumentation and office supplies; Utilize Censitrac reports for missing instrumentation and conduct physical inventory verification; Collaborate with OR/SPD and Vendor teams to reduce missing instrumentation; Assist in financial modeling and forecasting for instrumentation; Receive, unpack, verify shipments, and replenish instrumentation into correct trays; Conduct in-services to staff on new instrumentation; Prepare weekly Excel spreadsheets of ordered instrumentation; Communicate issues with back orders or obsolete instrumentation to OR/SPD; Follow up on back orders and recommend vendor substitutions; Work with repair vendors and tag trays for instruments sent out for repair; Monitor and organize back-up instrumentation cabinets to attain par levels; Assist in tray assembly based on department demand; Attend weekly CST Leadership Meetings.
