Responsibilities
Lead the radiotherapy incident & Risk management programme; Lead the governance assurance and continuous improvement of the QMS; Coordinate external audits, inspections and continuous QI activities; Support creation and delivery of the annual clinical governance program; Support the Oncology IT manager to submit monthly submissions to the Radiotherapy Dataset (RTDS); Provide leadership, supervision and support to staff including regular 1-1's and appraisals; Maintain radiographic skills in one clinical area to maintain competence.
