Responsibilities
Provide on-site architectural support to maintain design intent; Review and interpret GFC drawings, finishes schedules, and specifications; Coordinate with civil, structural, and MEP teams to resolve interface issues; Monitor quality of architectural finishes (flooring, ceilings, façade, partitions, doors, glazing); Prepare and review RFIs, NCRs, and site instructions; Conduct site inspections and prepare snag/punch lists; Assist with as-built drawings and project handover; Coordinate statutory compliance checks (fire safety, accessibility, building codes); Liaise with local authority representatives for inspections and completion certificates.
