Manage and oversee overall program budgets, accruals, actual costs, forecasts, and cost contingency; Collect and report on budgets, commitments, actuals, incurred, contingency, and forecast costs; Identify cost-saving opportunities and mitigate financial risks; Maintain the cost control system and ensure procedures are current; Analyze cost data to identify trends and discrepancies; Manage contractor invoice reviews to confirm compliance; Oversee the cost management team; Develop and improve cost management processes; Maintain PMIS Cost Control Module; Oversee coordination with Commercial team; Work with Schedule group to develop Time-Phases forecasts; Support Change Management process; Manage monthly reporting and variance analysis; Collaborate with finance and accounting teams for forecasting and reconciliation.
