Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate day-to-day activities of assigned product management support personnel; Monitor workload, task assignments, deliverables, schedules, and program priorities; Provide training, mentoring, and guidance to support personnel; Support standardization of DHA and PMO processes; Provide acquisition program management support throughout the medical product development lifecycle; Prepare agendas, meeting materials, minutes, assessments, briefings, and executive summaries; Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules, Gantt charts, and risk logs; Support development of Acquisition Strategies and other acquisition documentation; Apply DoDI 5000 and applicable Service acquisition policies; Monitor acquisition progress and provide recommendations regarding strategy and risk; Analyze business processes to identify efficiency improvements; Serve as a central point of contact for external requests; Coordinate with Government, industry, medical, technical, and regulatory stakeholders.
