Manage, oversee, and perform testing for public and private clients; Generate and compile laboratory testing reports; Maintain and organize laboratory workload to meet deadlines; Oversee lab testing procedures including setup, instrumentation, and data acquisition; Ensure timely entry of lab KPIs and billing information; Identify needs and research new testing procedures; Maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure compliance with AASHTO and FDOT accreditation; Oversee equipment calibrations, maintenance, upgrades, and repairs; Ensure lab safety and adherence to SOPs including specimen and chemical handling; Maintain lab cleanliness, organization, and supply inventory.
