Execute project performance controlling measures such as costs, revenue, cash flow, margin controlling, re-calculate forecasts, analyze variances, utilization, calculate change orders; Support Finance to ensure accurate booking of project financials including month closing and accruals; Prepare monthly financial reports and forecasts for projects; Support Sales/Tendering during offer preparation regarding risk identification and contract negotiations; Support project management during execution regarding risk identification, mitigation, and claim management; Assist Finance in year-end and client audits; Enter initial and updated project milestones and budgets; Monitor deadlines and coordinate dates between departments; Prepare routine project costing reports; Use reporting systems to maximize information availability
