Responsibilities
Interact with Quality and Tooling groups to resolve defects and mold issues; Develop, coordinate, and implement projects to improve efficiency and decrease scrap; Develop, design, and setup processes, systems, workstations, and automation equipment; Troubleshoot processes and system issues; Train lead people, setup people, and supervisors on systems; Interact with Maintenance and Engineering groups to help troubleshoot systems, develop preventive maintenance programs, and develop spare parts identification and systems; Develop work instructions for injection molding processes and systems and conduct training as appropriate; Monitor and audit injection molding systems for any non-conformances with the process; Lead Production Floor Team/Assign Responsibilities/Track Performance.
