Designing and implementing efficient and effective layouts for manufacturing facilities; Optimizing the flow of materials and products, product storage, minimize waste and ensure that the facility is safe and compliant with all relevant regulations; Perform onsite assessments together with Facilities and machines owners to validate layout feasibility, verify physical and infrastructure constraints, and ensure that proposed layouts accurately reflect operational condition; Work with related departments to discuss the practical implementation of the plan; Summarize timeline and costing for production expansion plan.
