Responsibilities
Troubleshoot, install, qualify, modify, and continuously improve equipment across manufacturing lines; Develop and implement equipment automation and upgrades using AI and latest automation technologies; Prepare and maintain electrical drawings, wiring layouts, software debugging, and control systems; Integrate different equipment modules and systems to ensure stable operation; Design, modify, and assemble mechanical and electrical components; Monitor and optimize process parameters for consistent output quality; Develop maintenance, troubleshooting, and testing procedures; Perform equipment characterization and capability studies; Support equipment design, modification, expansion, and automation projects; Prepare and maintain SOPs, safety procedures, environmental requirements, and HIRAC documentation; Provide technical and safety training; Collaborate with process, manufacturing, automation teams, and suppliers; Monitor and optimize consumable usage and equipment-related costs; Collect and analyze equipment-related data for continuous improvement and predictive maintenance.
