Responsibilities
Support equipment troubleshooting, installation, qualification, modification, and continuous improvement; Develop and implement equipment automation and upgrades using AI and latest automation technologies; Prepare electrical drawings, wiring layouts, software debugging, and control systems for cleaning equipment; Integrate different equipment modules and systems to ensure stable and reliable operation; Design, modify, and assemble mechanical and electrical components to improve equipment performance for square glass, chemical etch, and cleaning processes; Develop maintenance, troubleshooting, and testing procedures for electrical and electronic components; Perform equipment characterization and capability studies to ensure equipment meets safety standards and requirements; Support equipment design, modification, expansion, and automation projects; Prepare and maintain SOPs, safety procedures, environmental requirements, and HIRAC documentation; Provide technical and safety training and establish safety guidelines for technicians; Work closely with process, manufacturing, automation teams, and suppliers to identify problems, develop solutions, and drive equipment improvements
