Responsibilities
Maintain network stability and availability across LAN, WAN, routing, switching, and firewall environments; Ensure network solutions comply with enterprise architecture standards by reviewing technical designs before deployment; Collaborate with Network Operations Team Lead and multidisciplinary teams to apply standards and best practices; Translate business and project needs into scalable network solutions by defining technical, infrastructure, connectivity, and site readiness requirements; Contribute to project planning by defining Bill of Materials (BOM), Statements of Work (SOW), and infrastructure needs; Support operational excellence initiatives including automation, DevOps, and improvement of monitoring tools, processes, and operations; Identify opportunities to reduce technical debt, standardize network infrastructure, and improve operational efficiency; Participate in continuous network modernization to enhance performance, resilience, reliability, and scalability.
