Act as primary mechanical engineering contact for customer discussions and technical reviews; Capture, clarify, and analyze customer requirements and specifications; Lead mechanical technical discussions during design reviews and issue resolution meetings; Evaluate change requests and assess technical impact on product design, timing, quality, and cost; Take end-to-end ownership of mechanical engineering deliverables for assigned products from concept to production; Drive technical decisions and coordinate cross-functional activities related to mechanical design; Support mechanical architecture reviews for high-power electronic products with multiple PCBs and complex thermal management concepts; Evaluate thermal interfaces, heat dissipation concepts, housing structures, and packaging constraints; Collaborate with simulation, hardware, system, and manufacturing teams to achieve robust thermal and mechanical performance; Coordinate prototype and sample build activities, supporting customer evaluation and testing; Lead mechanical issue investigations and drive containment, root-cause analysis, and corrective actions; Coordinate global engineering resources to provide timely solutions and support critical customer escalations
