Responsibilities
Clean and service guest rooms, suites, bathrooms, and assigned hotel areas; Make beds, change linens, replenish towels, toiletries, and guest room amenities; Dust, vacuum, sanitize, mop, and maintain cleanliness of furniture, fixtures, floors, windows, mirrors, and surfaces; Inspect guest rooms to ensure cleanliness, presentation, functionality, and readiness for arriving guests; Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, missing items, or damaged equipment promptly to leadership; Maintain organization and cleanliness of housekeeping carts, storage rooms, linen closets, and operational work areas; Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests and housekeeping service needs; Follow established cleaning procedures, chemical handling guidelines, sanitation standards, and workplace safety procedures; Ensure proper handling and security of guest belongings and hotel property at all times; Support deep cleaning projects, VIP arrivals, special requests, and turndown service operations as assigned; Collaborate effectively with Housekeeping leadership, Engineering, Front Office, and operational teams to support seamless guest experiences; Maintain productivity standards and complete assigned room quotas within established timeframes while upholding quality expectations; Uphold luxury hospitality standards through professionalism, appearance, attention to detail, and guest service excellence; Perform additional duties as assigned to support hotel operations
