Responsibilities
Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on PVC extrusion lines; troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automated control systems; diagnose equipment failures using schematics and technical manuals; repair and maintain motors, gearboxes, bearings, conveyors, pumps, compressors, blowers, chillers, and vacuum systems; inspect, maintain, and replace tooling, dies, calibrators, and cutters.
