Provide senior-level scientific, engineering, and technical advisory support to AFRL/RJ and AFRL/RF; Support technical and strategic planning activities related to space warfare and information and spectrum warfare technology investments; Evaluate technologies, systems, concepts, and research and development activities for technical merit, feasibility, capability, maturity, and potential warfighter impact; Conduct and support technical studies, analyses, evaluations, assessments, and trade studies; Provide technical input to near-term and long-term technology investment and acquisition strategies; Present technical findings and recommendations to government leadership and other senior stakeholders
