Responsibilities
Ensure driver hours records are maintained and infringements are processed; monitor RTD performance and work with CPC holders to maintain compliance; develop and monitor defect reporting systems; create and maintain spot check routines for roadworthiness; maintain relationships with maintenance provision and investigate MOT failures; distribute monthly OCRS reports to senior leadership; monitor company fuel card usage; track asset availability, usage, and location; create internal compliance audit frameworks; support depot locations with asset management; measure vehicle optimization; deliver driver safety campaigns and toolbox talks; investigate compliance breaches and formulate remedial actions; deliver transport reports to senior leadership; contribute to transport policy updates; coordinate transport-related L&D; participate in new vehicle specification exercises.
