Administer the contract per UNOPS and FIDIC principles; monitor schedules, extensions, claims, and changes; analyze and manage RFIs, technical submissions, shop drawings, and work methods; coordinate technical specialists and supervise on-site activities; verify compliance of works, materials, and equipment with plans and standards; ensure quality control and corrective actions; control quantities and progress; prepare technical and contractual recommendations and supervision reports; ensure HSE and social responsibility compliance; coordinate with UNOPS, contractor, authorities, and stakeholders; lead the supervision team and participate in coordination meetings.
