Organize and lead physical project phases, Prepare project phases in line with the roadmap, Verify planning quality and implement corrective/preventive actions, Structure project work phases, Set up phase management rituals, Prepare planning/quality grid deliverables for milestones, Establish detailed planning for prototype means and pilot their realization until delivery to users, Ensure convergence of prototype budgets per phase, Order shuttle vehicles for SRUB & pre-VRS, Participate in Description of Means (DM) reviews and maintain vehicle park objectives, Participate in project rituals requiring Planning involvement, Apply project management standards and propose continuous improvement feedback, Establish detailed planning for physical validation means and pilot their realization until delivery to users, Organize KPI/reporting and update all dashboards, Prepare deliverables for each milestone/technical review.
