Responsibilities
Provide full-cycle technical support including remote and on-site guidance for hardware integration and acoustic tuning; Assist customers with schematic review, PCB layout optimization, acoustic cavity design, and mechanical integration; Conduct acoustic performance testing and troubleshooting for SNR, frequency response, THD, SPL, and echo cancellation; Support system-level audio debugging in TWS, wearables, and AR/VR devices to resolve distortion and noise issues; Develop technical documents and conduct training for customers and internal teams; Collect customer feedback to assist in product iteration and new product definition; Collaborate with sales and FAE teams for technical demonstrations and project follow-up; Support mass production fault analysis and root cause verification.
