Lead full-cycle offshore construction execution for Mechanical, Piping, Electrical & Instrumentation disciplines; Coordinate heavy lifting operations and marine spread operations; Provide technical leadership for mechanical installation, piping fabrication, and electrical/instrumentation installation; Ensure multidisciplinary work sequences are synchronized; Identify and resolve constructability issues early; Monitor daily productivity and progress KPIs; Lead HSE activities including risk assessments and toolbox talks; Coordinate with OEMs and ADNOC Operations for shutdowns and commissioning.
