Responsibilities
Develop and own daily technical lab operations of two large anechoic chambers and associated RF test equipment; Act as the technical lead and mentor for a small team of motivated test engineers; Serve as the primary liaison with clients throughout the testing lifecycle; Execute complex RF, Antenna OTA, and EMC measurements and tests to client statements of work and aerospace/defense standards; Develop automation scripts to optimize test time and streamline data collection; Provide active engineering support to clients to assist in troubleshooting failures and analyze data to produce compliance-ready test reports and certificates; Oversee lab scheduling and project prioritization to efficiently balance multiple client accounts; Manage the calibration and preventative maintenance schedules for all laboratory assets.
