Responsibilities
Lead calibration project activities ensuring compliance with quality, cost, and timing objectives; Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules and deliverables; Manage project budgets, financial forecasting, and cost tracking; Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues; Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure alignment between all stakeholders; Prepare and present project status reports to management and leadership teams; Track project KPIs and ensure achievement of performance targets; Monitor deliverable maturity and convergence at key project milestones; Update and maintain project schedules using Planisware; Analyze and monitor product data through PLM systems; Consolidate project volumes, milestones, and deliverables; Develop dashboards, KPI reports, and management presentations using advanced Excel and PowerPoint tools.
