Manage cost/change control including change order review and negotiation; Track and review change orders with Project Manager; Manage contingency draw and budget tracking; Produce monthly reports and earned value reports; Reconcile GC actual costs with GMP/Schedule of Values; Coordinate supplier delivery plans and track POs; Monitor schedule progress in the field; Establish close-out documentation requirements and track receipt of warranties and as-builts; Attend risk meetings and maintain risk log.
