Responsibilities
Own daily/weekly/monthly production plans, maximize production runs and minimize changeovers, identify and rectify capacity bottlenecks, create labour and capacity plans, manage stock levels within agreed limits, review and communicate daily production plans, monitor and order ingredients/packaging via MRP, expedites or delays orders as required, coordinate department launches for new projects/SKUs, communicate with customers to manage expectations, perform stock reconciliations and reporting, escalate supplier non-conformance
