Responsibilities
Oversee overall construction effort and coordinate with the client Project Manager; Advise on strategic approaches and resource procurement at the project conception stage; Own contract and budget for direct contracts; Create and coordinate detailed Project Execution Plans; Manage risks relating to construction execution and Health, Environment, and Safety (HES); Support the design process by reviewing drawings and assessing constructability; Coordinate reporting (Monthly, Daily, Event) and RFI/Submittal processes; Issue meeting minutes and documentation for site and stakeholder meetings; Coordinate safety, QA/QC, and labor relations programs; Establish project success criteria regarding time, cost, technical, and quality; Maintain project schedules and track critical milestones; Conduct kick-off and regular meetings with stakeholders; Review as-built documents and closeout items.
