Manage OCF and Headcount annual budgeting, LRP, quarterly forecasting, and pacing; Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data and provide regular reporting on OCF performance; Develop relationships with facilities operators to understand business drivers; Drive continuous improvement of processes and systems; Create ad-hoc financial reports and models; Perform standardized and specialized analyses including ROI and trend analysis; Support Facilities team on invoicing, vendor relations, and reporting; Own monthly and quarterly close processes; Drive P&L performance through monitoring POs, invoicing, and account payables cycles; Manage a team of 1 individual providing leadership and coaching.
