Responsibilities
Provide technical and performance support to the Hazardous waste BU; Participate in the development of business cases and memos for internal GoNoGo processes; Provide overall direction and management of assigned projects, personnel, equipment, and subcontractors; Ensure projects are planned and coordinated with adherence to health and safety, quality, and budget; Participate or lead technical due diligence for new business acquisition or plant upgrades; Assist Business Development in preparing estimates and procedures for projects; Actively participate in feedback and post-job evaluation of assigned projects; Develop new process optimizations or pilot new technologies; Test and implement new tools under development; Work in cooperation with other team members for supporting team organization, reporting, and delivery.
