Responsibilities
Review and approve material submittals, source approvals, mix designs, and compliance certificates; Coordinate and witness laboratory and field testing for various materials; Monitor material usage on site to ensure conformity with approved designs; Liaise with approved laboratories, third-party testing agencies, and authority representatives; Verify compliance with RTA approved suppliers and manufacturers; Ensure proper sampling, testing frequency, and test reporting; Monitor material storage, handling, and traceability; Support Resident Engineer in material-related NCRs and corrective actions; Track material approvals and non-conformances to avoid schedule impacts; Participate in RTA inspections and audits; Review and verify material records for as-built documentation; Coordinate with planning and construction teams for material availability; Provide technical advice on RTA standards; Assist in preparation of final quality dossiers.
