Responsibilities
Perform routine inspections of premises, HVAC systems, and equipment; Conduct preventive maintenance on building systems including air conditioning, electrical, and plumbing; Install, service, and repair air conditioning units; Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, and plumbing issues; Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergency breakdowns; Maintain and repair furniture, fixtures, and physical infrastructure; Ensure proper cleaning and servicing of filters, coils, ducts, and ventilation systems; Maintain records of maintenance work, service logs, and inventory of spare parts; Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs and servicing; Inspect all areas of the property for safety issues and take immediate corrective action; Assist guests regarding property facilities
