Responsibilities
Attend job face to gather first-hand information and develop accurate job scopes; Prepare detailed work packages including task sequences, resource plans, materials, drawings, isolation plans, risk assessments, and permit requirements; Build and maintain master plan for routine maintenance and planned outages; Coordinate with Asset Engineers, Operations, Project teams, and Contractors; Manage CMMS data including work orders, task lists, and equipment histories; Lead weekly scheduling meetings and report on schedule adherence; Liaise with stores and procurement for parts and tools availability; Review job plans post-execution for continuous improvement
