Responsibilities
Define proactive KPI proposals to demonstrate improvement or capture deviation; Assist in preparing and maintaining project documentation, reports, and dashboards; Drive implementation of defined IT processes within the program; Coach and mentor project teams to adopt IT processes; Support root cause analysis and propose improvement actions; Coordinate PMO meeting scheduling, agendas, and minutes; Monitor project progress and maintain project management tools; Facilitate onboarding and training on PMO processes; Serve as communication liaison between PMO, teams, and stakeholders; Support resource tracking and budget monitoring.
