Material Planning Specialist
• Plan the supply of raw materials, packaging materials, and auxiliary materials in line with production plans.
• Analyze material requirements across multiple manufacturing sites to ensure continuity of supply.
• Plan material requirements and coordinate purchasing activities with relevant stakeholders.
• Monitor inventory levels and analyze/update Safety Stock parameters to optimize stock availability.
• Manage Master Data processes related to new products, new materials, and product changes.
• Create, maintain, and update material master data in SAP.
• Monitor the impact of product and packaging design changes on the supply chain and coordinate the necessary actions.
• Support product launch and product phase-out activities throughout the product lifecycle.
• Lead material planning activities for new plant, new product, and new process implementation projects.
• Coordinate imported material supply processes with internal and external stakeholders.
• Conduct material consumption analyses to evaluate capacity and material requirements.
• Prepare, analyze, and regularly share supply chain performance reports.
• Perform data analysis using ERP systems and contribute to process improvement initiatives.
• Work closely with Quality, Production, Procurement, Marketing, and Logistics teams to ensure efficient execution of planning processes.
• Take an active role in process standardization and continuous improvement projects.
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Previous experience in Material Planning, Supply Chain, Procurement, or a related function, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Experience working with Lean principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent planning, organizational, and coordination skills.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Experience in reporting, data analysis, and performance monitoring.
• Good command of English is preferred.

About the Role
We are looking for a Material Planning Specialist to join our Supply Chain team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the uninterrupted supply of raw materials, packaging, and auxiliary materials to support production plans. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, manage material planning processes across multiple production sites, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance supply chain performance. This role can be based in İstanbul, Amasya, or Lüleburgaz.
