Develop and maintain detailed architectural BIM models, Prepare architectural drawings including plans, sections, elevations, and detailed drawings, Coordinate with structural and MEP teams to resolve clashes, Ensure models comply with project BIM standards and LOD requirements, Extract BOQs, schedules, and quantity take-offs from BIM models, Update models based on design changes and site inputs, Participate in BIM coordination meetings, Maintain proper documentation and version control of models
