• Diagnostic Authoring (incl. Remote diagnostics) – Test Procedures
• Development of vehicle diagnostics procedures (programming, configuration, adaptation)
• Enhancement/adaption of diagnostic procedures and concepts for vehicles
• Develop vehicle diagnostic procedures (programming, configuration, adaptation) for remote diagnostics
• Application of standard fault codes and linking in the diagnostic object structure, including fault code description files
• Test and validate diagnostic procedures/control unit functions (in collaboration with ETAS associates in Germany), e.g., via simulation
• Evaluate the test results and document and present the results
• Information research (in collaboration with ETAS associates in Germany), (e.g., installation locations, coordination with contact persons responsible for repair/removal procedures, functionality of vehicle components)
• ECU Flashing:
• Development of procedures for flashing, coding, and commissioning of control units, as well as for follow-up or Retrofitting Vehicle Functions in Aftersales.
• Continuous further development and improvement of programming processes and concepts for vehicles to meet future requirements.
• Component test of programming processes (in collaboration with ETAS associates in Germany), e.g., via simulation.
• Create vehicle simulation files.
• Check service data packages and logistics for correctness and/or flash-ability.
• Analysis and evaluation of the test results using traces and log files, as well as documentation and presentation of the results
• Information research and technical evaluation of the data provided from various interfaces

Must Have Skills:-
• Strong knowledge of Gasoline, Diesel, Comfort & Safety systems. With detailed workflow & working of sensors & actuators involved in these systems.
• Familiarity with tools, equipment, and procedures related to removal & refit is important. This knowledge will allow you to create informative and instructional content.
• Diagnose electronic, mechanical, and electrical systems problems in Vehicle using different testers & tools.
• Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) identification and understanding the specific error code that has been generated.
• Conduct vehicle testing, including Individual component testing. Proficiency in using automotive testing and diagnostic equipment, such as OBD-II scanners, multimeters, and oscilloscopes.
• Understanding automotive electrical system wiring diagrams, wire color codes, connectors, and components and functionalities. Including understanding symbols & DIN standards.
• Maintain detailed document records of system tests, Removal & refit procedures, and results for reference and guidelines.
• Basic Programming Knowledge (ideally C#)
• MS-office Applications.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills in English for effective stakeholder management.
• Customer-focused attitude and desire to interface directly with customer.
Good to have Skills:-
• Design & Creation of OTX diagnostic test sequences as per content authoring tool “GRADE-X guidelines.”
• Creation of Vehicle ODX data using content authoring tool like “DiagStudio ODX Editor.”
• Proficiency in German language.
• Good to have experience in Grade-X Standard Platform
• Good to have knowledge in Automotive Diagnostics Systems.
