Responsibilities
Plan and execute first-article and final part approvals; Perform intermediate and final inspections (press forces, torque, 3D, hand measurements, tensile/compression tests); Document results in inspection plans and tool managers; Evaluate results for trend detection and initiate corrective actions; Approve deviations based on product and functional knowledge; Communicate deviations to CQA, production masters, and team leaders; Mark and archive first-article/final parts; Conduct monthly batch-specific tensile tests; Define rework measures and create quarantine notes; Instruct employees on quarantine procedures; Approve reworked parts; Maintain quarantine status lists and scrap logs; Support production with WSP and traceability issues; Define limit samples; Maintain order and cleanliness in quarantine, SPC, and 3D measurement areas.
