Senior SAP S/4HANA ABAP Consultant

We are looking for a Senior SAP S/4HANA ABAP Consultant to design and develop technical solutions aligned with Clean Core principles, cloud-ready extensibility and service-oriented architectures. The role involves developing modern SAP solutions using ABAP, RAP, CDS Views and integration technologies while supporting S/4HANA transformation initiatives.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and development of ABAP solutions in SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Develop applications using the ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model (RAP).
• Design and optimize CDS Views, including Consumption, Analytical and Interface Views.
• Implement extensions aligned with Clean Core and Key User Extensibility principles.
• Develop and expose OData services (V2 and V4).
• Integrate SAP and external systems through REST, SOAP and SAP BTP services.
• Participate in ECC to S/4HANA conversion and Greenfield implementation projects.
• Ensure compliance with SAP API policies and upgrade-safe development practices.
• Collaborate with functional and architecture teams on solution design.
• Conduct code reviews and mentor junior developers.

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA development.
• Modern ABAP (version 7.50 or later).
• RAP (RESTful ABAP Programming Model).
• CDS Views.
• OData Services (Gateway and/or RAP Services).
• Experience with BAdIs and User Exits where required.
• Knowledge of the S/4HANA extensibility model.
• HANA performance optimization experience using SQL and CDS.
• Experience integrating applications through REST APIs.
