Responsibilities
Lead MEP coordination and EBMS integration for multiple sites; Develop and maintain site-level tracking across concurrent projects; Manage MEP workstreams from due diligence through deployment; Track and report New Construction KPIs for EBMS; Resolve MEP-related delays, escalations, and RFIs; Ensure compliance with DCIs and quality standards including Commissioning; Oversee MEP components of new construction and/or retrofit programs; Verify ECM sequences are setup for new launches; Collaborate on sustainability and Health & Safety initiatives; Deliver MEP systems on time and within budget; Coordinate BMS network and site connectivity readiness with IT and GCs; Identify and escalate site-level risks; Document and standardize EBMS workflows
