Lead EMEA Accounting & Control organization including GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Treasury, and Financial Control; Own monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes; Serve as regional technical accounting authority; Lead EMEA reporting and consolidation activities; Ensure timely preparation, audit, and filing of statutory accounts; Manage relationships with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory agencies; Drive remediation of accounting, audit, tax, and compliance matters; Lead finance systems, reporting, and process transformation initiatives; Partner with Corporate Treasury for liquidity management and cash forecasting; Build and develop a high-performing accounting and control organization.
