Support the development and maintenance of the Master Project Schedule (PMS) for FEL3 and the full project lifecycle; Integrate and update key scope planning within the PMS ensuring consistency across activities and dependencies; Analyze project progress against the baseline to identify deviations, constraints, and risks; Evaluate schedule impacts from scope changes, engineering, permits, and contracts; Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to update planning information; Consolidate physical progress and productivity data; Develop executive reports and dashboards to visualize project performance in time and cost; Perform integrated time and cost analysis to identify trends and optimize global project performance; Support cost control processes, forecasting, and contingency analysis; Participate in scenario analysis and risk simulation to evaluate impacts on time and cost.
