Draft, review, and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements including lease contracts, supplier agreements, NDAs, software licenses, and data processing agreements; Advise internal stakeholders on legal, commercial, and operational matters including employment and labor issues; Manage contract amendments, renewals, and extensions while tracking key deadlines; Provide clear legal analysis, risks, and recommendations to support management decision-making; Liaise with external counsel and support litigation, disputes, and court-related matters; Develop and maintain legal documentation, templates, and processes to improve efficiency; Prepare legal reports, KPIs, and updates for management; Support strategic business initiatives and operational projects from a legal perspective.
