Responsibilities
Identify customer needs and requirements for SAP JIT environment; Align customer requirements with current solution and standards; Define functional requirements and create development specifications; Manage SAP JIT service backlog, prioritize change demands including the alignment into release cycles; Develop training documents with focus on key users and release notes with descriptions of new functionalities; Ensure 2nd and 3rd level support for WSD SAP JIT service; Contribute to projects as SAP JIT expert (including FLUX) and propose improvements for the service framework; Manage projects using IT Project management methodology.
