Coordinate and follow up on renovation and sustainability projects for substations, transmission, and production facilities; Coordinate electrical substation and apparatus work; Ensure operational, administrative, and logistical coordination of energy transmission site work; Act as intermediary between stakeholders to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant work progress; Support site managers and work chiefs in their functions; Assist managers in ensuring compliance with quality standards, regulations, environmental laws, and Hydro-Québec guidelines; Monitor project schedules and analyze progress; Coordinate various third parties involved at the site; Participate in work surveillance activities to ensure quality and compliance with plans and estimates; Prepare technical modification requests, maintain registers, evaluate monetary scope, and submit contract or mandate change requests; Monitor site supply; Follow up on requests to the operator and coordinate work step elaboration; Participate in coordination meetings; Ensure site coordination, management of MTQ and municipal obstacles, administrative follow-up, monetary studies, unexpected supply, internal filing, material purchase, mobilization/demobilization, and update of circulation plans, PMU, and welcome presentation.
