Implement and maintain ISO 45001 Occupational Health & Safety Management System; Develop and coordinate regional safety programs for critical risk areas; Act as APAC Operational Electrical Safety Expert providing technical guidance; Maintain APAC electrical safety network and support Local Electrical Safety Experts; Conduct safety audits, assessments, and management system reviews; Support investigation of safety incidents and near misses; Deliver safety training and awareness initiatives; Monitor and analyze regional safety performance and prepare KPI reports
