Implement and maintain project cost control systems and processes; Develop and maintain Cost Breakdown Structures (CBS) aligned with Work Breakdown Structures (WBS); Monitor, control, and report project commitments, accruals, and expenditure; Apply Earned Value Management (EVM) techniques to assess project performance; Lead forecast review activities and provide Estimate to Complete (ETC) and Estimate at Completion (EAC) reporting; Liaise with contractors and suppliers to validate cost data and improve forecasting accuracy; Present cost performance information and recommendations to senior leadership.
