Responsibilities
Provide Tier II/III network and desktop support for enterprise environments. Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve network connectivity, performance, and availability issues. Install, configure, administer, support, and maintain network infrastructure, server hardware, software, and operating systems. Monitor network and server health, diagnose issues, and implement corrective actions. Collect, analyze, and review network utilization and performance data to support capacity planning. Assist in the development, implementation, testing, and maintenance of disaster recovery and business continuity plans. Interface with vendors regarding procurement, maintenance, lifecycle management, and support of network technologies. Administer and support enterprise networking technologies including routers, switches, wireless controllers, and management platforms. Implement and maintain network security best practices and support compliance with cybersecurity requirements.
