Responsibilities
Drive the end-to-end trialing process including trial planning, planting, field management, harvest, and data collection. Operate and maintain specialized farm and precision agriculture equipment (planters, tractors, automated harvest machinery). Capture detailed phenotypic observations using advanced digital tools and ensure accurate data storage. Select and optimize trial locations and negotiate grower contracts. Partner with R&D, Marketing, Sales, growers, and seed dealers to communicate progress and resolve issues. Lead and coach third-party field crews to ensure data integrity and operational excellence.
